Funding and financial support for your next stage of growth
Working capital, a term loan, an equity round or simply better numbers to run the business on. We help you weigh the options and get it done.
Find a financing option that fits your business
Working capital
Money for day-to-day operations.
- OD, CC and WCDLRevolving limits to fund stock, debtors and daily expenses. You draw as needed and pay interest only on what you use. Cash credit (CC) is drawn against stock and debtors, an overdraft (OD) is usually against property or deposits, and a working capital demand loan (WCDL) is a short-term loan within the same limit.
- Bill discountingGet paid early against your sales invoices, or pay suppliers on time while you take credit on purchases. Available for domestic trade as well as for exports and imports.
- LC, BG and surety bondsNon-fund based limits. A letter of credit (LC) assures your supplier of payment, and a bank guarantee (BG) backs your commitments to customers or government bodies. Surety bonds, issued by insurers, can replace a BG in many contracts without using your bank limits.
Term loans
Long-term money for assets and growth.
- Machinery loanFunds new plant and machinery. Repaid in instalments over a fixed period, with the machine usually as the main security.
- General purpose term loanA loan for wider business needs, such as expansion or repaying costly debt, usually backed by property or other collateral.
- Project financeFor a new plant or a major expansion. The loan is sized on the project’s future cash flows, and the promoter brings in a share of the cost, usually 25% to 30%.
- Loan against property (LAP)A loan against your residential or commercial property for business needs, usually at a lower rate than an unsecured loan.
Structured finance
For needs that do not fit a standard bank loan.
- Promoter fundingFunding raised against the promoter’s shareholding or other assets, for example to bring in contribution for a project or buy out a partner.
- Acquisition fundingDebt to buy another business or a controlling stake in it, repaid from the combined cash flows.
- Stressed asset fundingFunding for a business under financial pressure, or to buy a stressed asset, for example to settle an overdue lender or complete a stuck project.
Startup debt
Debt for growing startups, with little or no collateral.
- Revenue-based financing (RBF)You repay a fixed share of your monthly revenue until the agreed amount is paid back. Suits startups with steady sales.
- Venture debtLoans for venture-backed startups, usually taken alongside an equity round. It extends your runway with very little dilution.
Not sure which option suits your business?
Start with four things: what the money is for, how much, by when, and where the financials stand today. That is usually enough to narrow the routes.

Venture capital
For startups raising capital to build and scale.
First institutional round or a later one, we shape the business and financial story, prepare the material, identify funds worth approaching and run the conversations through diligence, term sheet and close.
Private equity
For established businesses bringing in an investor.
Growth capital, a strategic partner or a sale of existing shares. We position the company, prepare the material and support the discussions through diligence and negotiation.
A round should work for the business long after the money arrives
Valuation is only part of it. Dilution, investor rights, control and the next round all shape what you are left with. We help founders and shareholders think these through while the terms are still open.
Discuss your equity requirementBetter control over your numbers and decisions
Virtual CFO
Finance leadership without a full-time hire.
Reporting and MIS, budgets, cash-flow planning, board and investor updates, fund raising readiness and ESOP structuring, scoped to what the company needs.
Financial planning & strategy
Decide with a clearer view of the numbers.
Budgets, projections and scenarios, plus a hard look at pricing, working capital and capital structure, to see what is really driving performance.
Credit rating advisory
Walk into rating discussions prepared.
We organise the financial and operating information, prepare the management presentation and handle agency queries. The rating itself stays the agency's independent call.
Regulatory compliance support
Keep statutory obligations on track.
Support on applicable ROC/MCA, income-tax, GST and FEMA requirements, including the information and filings involved. Scope depends on the engagement.
